COLLECTION

Collection area will around Milles Platting/Ancoats

Collection times:

Tuesdays-Fridays 2-6pm

Saturdays 11am-12pm 

Your order should be collected at our provided time slot or agreed time once you place your order. For any reasons, you or we are unable to collect within the time slot or agreed time, we must inform our customers within the sufficient time for rearrangement, wide versa for customers. 

 

MCR LOCAL DELIVERY

Our Local delivery time slot is anytime between 12pm-5pm within Manchester.

A delivery fee will be able to select in the cart/check out. It will be based on the distance required to travel and date.

If your postcode isn’t included, and unfortunately, we can’t deliver to your area at the agreed time and it is collection. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order is reserved and we do have limited space so If you require your order to be cancelled the following apply:

  1. More than 3 days from delivery date - Full cost will be refunded.
  2. 0 to 3 days to delivery/collection date - 50% of the total cost will be refunded. 

*All order cancellations must be made in writing to our customer service.
